The Founder

Built on a decade of deal work.

Timothy Cobb founded Cobb Equity Corporation after a decade spent at the intersection of capital, land, and deal execution — sourcing and underwriting multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial opportunities across multiple U.S. markets through Acquisition CRE, the firm he founded in 2018.

He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida, an MS in Real Estate Finance & Development from UNC Charlotte, and a Master of Architecture in Land Use Planning from Texas A&M — a combination that allows him to evaluate opportunities beyond the numbers, from capital structure to zoning and development feasibility.

Before real estate, he served six years in the U.S. Navy as a Communications Specialist, earning the Naval Achievement Medal. He is based in Orlando, Florida.
